| This evening after work I went out to the garden and harvested my Cinnamon Basil bush. The tray above is about 12x8x2! Tomorrow after work I will be making up a bunch of pesto and freezing it for this winter :) |

| Here is a close up,the buds that form at the tops of each stem are purple,and so aromatic! Next year I am going to plant 2 bushes,because I just love this herb :) Yesterday was a salsa canning and zucchini baking kind of day! Sorry no pictures :( Ended up with about a dozen pints of salsa and 6 more loaves of zucchini bread! I will post my next giveaway for my blog anniversary month tomorrow evening :) Hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day! |
